E-Commerce Payment Processing Service Interruption (On-File Transactions)

We are sorry to inform you that we are currently experiencing issues with On-File (Token) Transaction Processing.

Details of the interruption: Transactions that use On-File Tokens fail to process correctly and stay on "processing" state.

    SIM Card Provider unterruption

    We are sorry to inform you that our SIM Provider is temporarily unavailable.

    We are currently experiencing problems with the data connection of our data+ SIM cards and our data+ OpenVPN service. SIM cards are losing their data connection or are unable to re-open it.

    Together with our partners, we are working with the highest priority on solving these connectivity issues. We will inform you as soon as the data connection is possible again without any disruptions.

    Workaround: Please use your WI-FI connection

  • We would like to inform you that we have now resolved the previously reported outage of our data+ SIM cards and data connections as well as the OpenVPN service are working as usual. Your devices should be able to re-establish the data connection independently. However, if you continue to experience problems, please contact us.
