Details of the interruption: Transactions that use On-File Tokens fail to process correctly and stay on "processing" state.

    Service Interruption - SIM Cards on POS

    We are sorry to inform you that the internet connection through SIM Card is temporarily unavailable due to a technical issue on our SIM Provider site-

    We would like to inform you that yesterday's disruption may still be affecting your devices with the SIM cards. In some cases, devices may still be unable to establish a data connection.

    Our Partner is continuing to work around the clock to resolve the issue and will keep you informed.

  • The database cleanup is complete, and we can see that many of the SIM cards are back online.

    However, we cannot rule out the possibility that isolated problems may still occur and that restarting the device may be necessary or may remedy the situation.

    Details of the Interruption: Unfortunately, there were problems between their APN authentication platform and their backend, which meant that no new data connections could be opened.
