We've been informed by Worldline that the error has been resolved. The following services have been restored.

The cause of the fault has been identified and rectified by application specialists.

  • Processing of incoming online transactions for Worldline EU via ep2 online via the Internet
  • Processing of online transactions for Worldline EU via ep2 online

End of disruption: Tuesday, 05/11/2024 10:07 CET
