We would like to inform you that ACQ Fiserv is currently experiencing an issue. As a result, the following acquirers are affected: • First Data • Concardis • VR Payment • Wallee / Snapswap

We are still observing increased decline rates for transactions processed via Fiserv's Processing Systems. Affected Acqurers: VR Payment, NEXI, and Wallee / Snapswap.

Ongoing Issue with Fiserv Processing

The issue with Fiserv Processing persists, significantly restricting credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, JCB) for the following acquirers: • First Data • Concardis / NEXI • VR Payment • Wallee / Snapswap

Affected is E-Commerce and POS Processing.

Until further notice, we recommend using alternative payment methods such as TWINT, PostFinance Card, and others.
