Online services are currently significantly disrupted

We are currently experiencing issues with online transactions due to a disruption of an external partner:

  • Processing of online transactions
  • Transaction authorizations for TWINT at the payment terminal

The cause has been identified and specialists are working intensively to fix it.

We will keep you posted once the situation is back to normal.
