Service interruption TMS and Wallee Portal Operability

We are currently investigating reports of a possible partial service interruption at the TMS and Wallee Portal Services due to a high number of requests. Performance Issues and Timeouts might be occuring. Our team is working with high pressure to restore the service. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • The error has been resolved. The Portal Service is running smoothly again. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

  • The TMS System has been restarted and is confirmed working again. We are still Watching and fixing the Portal Performance Issues.

  • The cause of the disruption has been identified and working to resolve the issue is our top priority. As soon as the problem is solved, we will announce this.

    Service interruption - Postfinance

    Due to a system malfunction, the PostFinance Card cannot be used in some cases for the following services:

    • EFT/POS Trade
    • EFT/POS refuelling
    • e-commerce
    • Postomat
    • Cash dispensers (domestic and foreign)
    • Mobile service
    • Digital PostFinance Card

    The exact effects are currently being clarified. As a customer, you may be affected. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will inform you as soon as the disruption has been rectified.

  • The disruption at PostFinance has been resolved. The services are available again.
