E-Commerce Payment Processing Service Interruption (On-File Transactions)

We are sorry to inform you that we are currently experiencing issues with On-File (Token) Transaction Processing.

Details of the interruption: Transactions that use On-File Tokens fail to process correctly and stay on "processing" state.

    Terminal (POS) Payment Processing Acquirer Service Interruption

    We would like to inform you that ACQ Fiserv is currently experiencing an issue. As a result, the following acquirers are affected: • First Data • Concardis • VR Payment • Wallee / Snapswap

    We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as we receive more information.

  • We are pleased to inform you that the services of Fiserv are fully available again.

  • We are still observing increased decline rates for transactions processed via Fiserv's Processing Systems. Affected Acqurers: VR Payment, NEXI, and Wallee / Snapswap.

    Our teams continue to monitor the situation, and we will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

  • Update: Improved Transaction Success Rate

    We are now seeing successful transactions, indicating that the root cause of the issue has likely been identified. We continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide further updates as needed.

  • Ongoing Issue with Fiserv Processing

    The issue with Fiserv Processing persists, significantly restricting credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, JCB) for the following acquirers: • First Data • Concardis / NEXI • VR Payment • Wallee / Snapswap

    Affected is E-Commerce and POS Processing.

    Until further notice, we recommend using alternative payment methods such as TWINT, PostFinance Card, and others.

    We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as we receive more information.
